New to nuva ring, help!!
Hello, I just started with the nuva ring this week. I was told to insert it and then wait a week for it to be effective. As I will be having unprotected sex, I obviously do not want to get pregnant. My question is, after the period week when the ring is removed and another one is inserted, am I okay for unprotected sex during the first week back on the ring?
