Ovarian cysts and no period

I need some help from ladies who will actually hear me out, I just want to know what’s going on with my body. I had a ultrasound done and I have two cysts, one on each ovary. They are small and so my obgyn doesn’t have any concern but I haven’t gotten my period at all and my last period was April 9th. I thought that I was pregnant because I am having some pelvic pain, headaches, cramping, horrible back ache, constipation/ diarrhea and constant watery discharge every time I go to the bathroom which all has been going on for weeks. I have gotten negative tests every time and negative blood tests so it’s safe to say that I am not pregnant. What I want to know is WHY am I not getting my period?! It just isn’t coming? My mom had cysts on her ovaries when she was young and one burst and she lost her left ovary completely because of this. My obgyn won’t see me and says that there is no concern at all but I AM because I’m not getting my period. What do you ladies think might be going on? Maybe I’m not ovulating at all and my eggs are growing into cysts? I want to know because me and my husband want to start ttc but now this....
