Food Stamps

Hi moms I’m currently not working and I receive food stamps. My husband has never been on my case it’s always been me and the kids and he pays the bills. My husband has lost his job. Can I put him on the case? Will I still be eligible to receive benefits? We live in TEXAS btw. Do you know what info they’ll ask for from him? Will they want a marriage license?
