Femara Miracle?
I already know my O date is confirmed.
So, this cycle was my first on Femara/letrozole. I have previously tried 3 rounds of Clomid with failures. I used a trigger for February Clomid cycle, but failed. This cycle looks promising based on temps, but I'm worried about the chances from BD timing.
