You’ll have so many nicknames for your baby once they come. Mine are 
Liam: Monkey, Buddy, dude, duder, sneak mouse, Liam-o, L’emmett (Emmett is his middle name) 
Norah: Norp, Norpy, puppy cat, chicken, ducky, Pea, Stinky Pea 
Once they’re here, they have lots of nicknames. 
But i like Ella or Elle.

I’ve never really chosen a nickname for any of my kids they just came when they was born, my oldest I called monkey feet when a newborn and youngest son bright eyes. Our daughter is bee 🐝. All 3 of mine have loads of nicknames now tho 😂 my middle name Stella and it’s my nan name but she never had a nickname.. but Ella sounds nice.
