Hey ladies! I've been on the same birthcontrol for just a little over a year now, but I've never "skipped" my period. Next month however my family and I are taking a 2 week long vacation, with the first week being to the beach and I'll be getting my period the first week were there. I don't mind using tampons but i definitely don't like them, not to mention my boyfriend is coming and we have our own semi suite room.... So not having my period would be a plus, however since I've never skipped it i just want to make sure it's 1) safe 2) doable and 3) not going to screw up my period
