i’ve been on the patch since december, mostly because i was unable to swallow pills (never have been able to) but yesterday i swallowed an ibuprofen for the first time ever and now i’m scheduling an appointment to switch to the pill!! the patch was great at first, but after about 3 months it started getting terribly itchy and painful, red and sometimes swollen and when i take it off it leaves these awful raw dry squares on my body that stay there at least a month 🙃🙃🙃 all these pics were taken TODAY. so goodbye patch hello pills!!!
