Constipation and heartburn is kicking my butt.

I have had an awful time with constipation. I actually had to go to the emergency room last Friday because I vomited up blood and was VERY constipated. (I’m also on blood thinner) so I freaked out. They said they had no clue what caused the blood but to start taking miralax and stool softeners for the constipation well I’ve done that and I’ve still not used the bathroom since Saturday. I also have the WORSEEEE heartburn. Nothing helps. Anyone else in the same boat??
