Pregnant with iud???

Question

So I just found out I’m pregnant and I have had the skyla iud for about 3 months now? Should I be scared of what the iud is going as of right now to the pregnancy? Mind you I found out about 30 mins ago. 14 test( a bitch can never be to sure) and just constant panic cause I cant contact my Obgyn till tomorrow

I have never experienced this but my daughter’s stepmom got pregnant on that same iud. She found out at 6 weeks and had it removed at 8. There is a chance of miscarriage with removal but it doesn’t always happen. She is currently 40 weeks and 3 days pregnant.
