Fever and Teething

Does anyone else’s lo run a fever 100-101 with teething? Every time my lo cuts teeth for about 3-4 days she runs one. She’s been cranky and just don’t feel good. She is slobbering and biting on everything she can get ahold of and when I rub teething gel on you can tell she’s happy about it. Daycare called to day to come get her it was 100.5, I know a lot says it’s too high for teething but it’s been a pattern with her. Just wondering if anyone else’s is the same way?
