In love with two peole

So ive been a thing with a guy for around 2 months, we fell in love. He makes me smile and i have the best time with him. But we moved too fast. I told him im not ready for a relationship and i will still be exploring my options. He understands. But he said if i fall for someone else, he will leave me for good. I cant lose him, even if we are just able to stay friends is enough for me.

I met someone else, we had an instant connection , we are going slow and getting to know eachother. We went on a date and i felt so much for him.

I cant lose any of them, but even have feelings for this other guys is making me lose one.

What do i do?
