So my baby is actually 17 weeks old today. But he just never seems content. A few weeks ago I started to get really worried because the “colic” phase didn’t start to get better it started to get worse. And it still has. Baby really started to fight the formula we were giving him so doctor put us on Gerber good start. I explained how unhappy he was (not fussy, but screaming!) he screams and cries for at least 3-5 hours everyday. But no one really ever thought he had reflux because he gained so much weight so fast but suddenly was spitting up and stetted to loose weight. So she put him on Zantac. I really thought at first that this was the answer. He seemed to be responding well. But honestly after about a week, not much has changed. I do think the medicine soothes him some but he still screams and now he’s just constipated all the time. I’m not sure what to do. I’m just worried that whatever this is and whatever is causing the discomfort won’t be something he can grow out of. :(
