How do you know if the baby is head down without an ultrasound?

Doctor can feel for baby I have an anterior placenta and she can still feel he’s head down plus I’ve had a cervical check and she felt his head.

If you feel baby get hiccups and it is low then that should mean baby is head down. My midwife confirmed it, but her hiccups are always below my underwear line

I know because I have a ultrasound once a month but if I didn’t I think I would know because towards my ribs the kicks are strong but lower they feel like little punches. Well if it was one baby because when they are both wake it feels like a boxing match I can’t tell anything 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Also if your ribs get kicked a lot and pushed he’s usually head down but the doctor tells you for sure. My baby kicks my ribs all day and shoves his heel against it a lot.

They should be able to tell by feeling. If they can’t tell then they should send you for an ultrasound.
