I am on 50mg of clomid and second cycle of using. First cycle I got pregnant and miscarried at 4 weeks unfortunately. I have started my second cycle after my miscarriage and just had a follicle tracking scan which showed a follicle measuring 28mm.. the nurse said she thinks it’s a cyst and not a follicle however she is not sure. I have no symptoms of ovulation starting to take place and I am day 18 in my cycle. I feel completely different in this cycle than I did with my first cycle when I fell pregnant with clomid. I just feel constantly dizzy and sick and generally not right. Has anyone else had this problem? Or had a follicle measuring that and still ovulated? many thanks in advance for your help
