Headache and now hand is numb, please help

I just got back home from my OB appointment. Everything was fine. Was not told blood pressure was abnormal or anything concerning. On way home, I started to get a bad headache. It was hard to see out of my left eye, thought I was getting an ocular migraine (I've only had 2 migraines my whole life.) And now my my left hand and arm are feeling numb and heavy with a little tingling. But mostly heavy and numb, just in that one arm/hand. I did have my cervix checked, was dilated to 1-2 cm and cervix was thinned.

Is this a sign or symptom of anything? Like preeclampsia? I was just there and nothing was said about my blood pressure and never have had any history with high blood pressure. What else could cause this? Freaking out and concerned, about to call OB back. Thank you
