Only BFN but temp is still high

This is my first month temping so I’m just looking for a bit of help! I believe I am 13 DPO and my temp is staying relatively high. I have had some (sorry TMI) brown spotting today but very light. This last week I have not felt 100% - tired, mild cramping, etc. I took a test today and it was negative. Should I hold onto hope or is the spotting and slight dip in temp a sign AF is on her way? Thank you!!
