I do. I can manage it pretty well though I won’t just go ape shit crazy on people or anything like that but I do get very annoyed very quickly & sadly it doesn’t take much. I make sure not to hurt my loved ones though I always prioritize their feelings over mine when it comes to letting my temper get to me. It took forever to learn how to deal with it but it’s possible.
