I do! But it was hard for us to get it because of our dogs breed. Anyways, I never even knew about pet insurance and honestly thought it was silly. But our old German shepherd got really sick and we had to pay thousands for tests, vet visits,etc. Come to find out she had cancer and the medications became super expensive. Well during all this the vet had told us about the pet insurance and if we would have had that it could have saved us a ton of money. 
So now we have it! It's pretty much just like health insurance for yourself. If you have a breed that's known to get some type of health problem then I would say it's worth it.

It’s annoying to have $40 taken every month that I’m not using it. But when we go in for checkups or shots or ear infections, it’s really nice not to pay anything. $40 a month is way better than 2-300 at one time

No cons! Pros are that, if you pet gets sick then you don’t have to pay much for the vet. Great for emergencies. If you’d rather try for care credit then that’s also a great backup in case of a pet emergency. I got it and it helped me immensely.

I put no, but I just remembered that we actually got insurance when we registered our pup. It goes away after he turns a year old 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I don’t really see the point in it. It doesn’t pay for normal check ups. Only if he gets hurt or sick.

I wish we had it! Back in 2014 our dog needed crazy leg surgery cost us $4000😩 idk what we would’ve saved but it probably would’ve helped

We did through our vet/animal clinic instead of an independent company. It covered a exam fees, shots and some other stuff.

Hell yea I would. That doesn't exist where I used to live but it would have been super usefull.
I can get coverage up to 90% for just 51 euros per month. If you do a lower % you get a lower monthly cost. Depending on the age and health of my dogs breed I would decide.what exactly to get her

For like 7.50 extra you can also get the alternative medicine pack which covers different vets meds and stuff like accupuncture. I would look into that once I get a dog. One of our idk 10+ dogs we had over the course of a life time did get accupuncure. On of them also got an alternative med to boost her imuun system
All of got vaccines, flee and tick medicine (at the very least once a year. We have rain season. All the ticks come out the ground that time of year) but up to 4 times a year. They got sterlized and at some point they got sick and got a whole load of medicine. Blood transfusions, their stay in clinics and any other type of infuse were the most exspensive things. But more than half of my dogs have needed it at one point or another.
Since our insurance was free bc my mother worked in insurance and when she didnt do that anymore she was jobless so you get free full coverage from the governam5, we easily paid thousands more on our dogs then we ever did on our own health. Hell, I had 1 dog myself and I paid a 1000 bucks on her. To be fair she was a sickly dog and didnt make it past 6 months but I wanted to give her the best life she couldve. When it turned out her imune system was to compromised and zhe would have to live an isolated life filled with medication I let her go. But still. It averaged on 200 bucks per month. 
To me its worth it no doubt in my mind now I can finally get it.
But depending on what the indurance covers where you live it may not be
