Horrible inner thigh muscle cramps?

Anyone else struggling with these? I think it depends on how the baby is positioned but damn when they happen i nearly buckle over! 😩 I'm gonna try to do some walking tomorrow to help with dialation i really hope it doesnt happen while im out lol.

Yassssssss!!! When he hits the right nerve all the muscles on the insides of my thighs go total Charlie horse!!! Hurts like a bitch and drops me to my knees! 😫

Happens to me here and there. Kinda feels like a little Charlie horse that happens really sharp and quick then fades

Not cramps but they’re sore if I’m on my feet all day or go for a long walk
