Confused

Alright so i need some advice. My son is 1 month old and I’ve been doing mix feeding. During the day he has breastmilk (pumped or straight from the breast) and at night my husband gives him formula while he’s up with him.

I’m worried my milk supply is not regulating cause during the day sometimes I will give him pumped milk that I stored in the fridge cause I don’t feel like plugging him to my boob cause I’m too tired or on occasion I will breastfeed directly at the breast. I also pump in between feeds to relieve engorgement cause I hadn’t emptied my boobs previously and I’m also trying to create a mini stash. Like I really don’t have a set routine whether I’m exclusively breastfeeding at the breast or exclusively pumping, I’m trying to juggle both to be honest and not too sure whether I’m doing more harm than good. If I pump I try to pump minimum enough for 1 feeding (4oz) so I don’t empty my breasts completely to avoid oversupply. Any advice or suggestions for me and maybe some of your routines to help me out here ..?
