I've been on the depo about to be 6 Months next month. The first month I was fine. Ever since then I've had spotting constantly. Next month I get my 3rd shot and for the past two days been bleeding and bad cramps. Today I tried a super tampon and in like 4 hours it filled. I didn't think I would because it's been just spotting. Is this suppose to happen? It's just been a nuisance, what's your experience on the depo? It's birth control to stop pregnancy but with the bleeding me and my husband can't do anything anyways so it's like what's the point
