I am trying to get conceived with my second one. During my first pregnancy I was taking CVS brand prenatals and it was great for me. After a year I switched to naturemade from Costco as I thought of planning for the second. Last year I got the flu and followed by very bad acid reflux & I have taken quiet a long time for recovery. At that time I stopped taking the prenatals.Even now I get sick due to acid reflux now and then. Now I am having serious plan for second pregnancy. When I tried with naturemade that was making some bad taste in my mouth after swallowing if I burp. So I went back to cvs brand but my bad luck I am getting struck with the pill and soft gel on my throat & really getting panic abt swallowing them. Give me some suggestions abt which one I could take! Doctor suggested about Vita fusion. But it has lemon and raspberry flavored gummies, will it increase the acid reflux?
