Weight loss and Clomid?

Question

So, I have lost 16lbs (currently sitting at 250- I know, it's high, please don't judge. I am working on getting it off.)  My doctor is putting me on Clomid 50mg this month from CD 3-7.
He believes I have not been ovulating on my own.
Has anyone experienced better chances of getting pregnant while taking Clomid but also losing weight and getting healthier at the same time?

I’ve lost a little weight while in Clomid. But that’s because I experienced a lot of bloating as a side effect, to the point it hurt and I couldn’t eat.

I have gotten pregnant with clomid three times - 1st time on the 2nd round (I didn’t do the first correctly), the other two were on the first round. I definitely put on a little weight with clomid and progesterone, but I also wasn’t working out because of paranoia. I’ve mostly maintained the same weight, lost a little with watching what I eat.
