Baby rash ?
Looking to see if anyone else has a LO with a similar rash and could give me some guidance on what it may be and what I could/should do? There is no other symptoms just a pimply looking rash that started on his one arm, and the spots have gotten larger in about 4 days time and has the odd spot on his face/legs/hands.
