Cytolytic vaginosis and lactobacillosis

Anyone know anything about those 2 issues and if you have experienced them how did u treat them ?I am feeling so lost.... I have been ttc for 16 mo now and have been seen by a fertility specialist and diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I have had issues with my cm since I was 18 and noticed a disruption in my regular cm where it turned into this white chunky yeast looking infection. I tried all the yeast infection remedies and it made it worse. All doctors I've seen said I am fine, however none did a more in depth exam after rulling out STDs,yeast infection and BV. Through years of googling I finally found what I may be potentially struggling with. Cytolytic vaginosis is basically an overgrowth of the good lactobacilli ( the ones u find in probiotics) which creates an overly acidic environment. Lactobacillosis is a a mutation that happens in the good vaginal bacteria which creates this profuse white discharge that never turns into EWCM during ovulation. You always hear about the benefits of lactobacillus but never about the risks of having too many of them and creating an overly acidic vaginal environment. I've tried baking soda sitz baths and it def helped but it would be back within 2 days. Currently I'm on antibiotics to kill off the overgrowth of lactobacillus and this has helped in the past but it came back a few months later. Any advice ? I feel so lost in having to diagnose myself and being looked at weird when I bring this up with doctors. I feel like cm plays a huge role In conception and if I have creamy white cm my entire cycle I wont ever conceive. I am tempted to go straight to IUI but I dont even know if that will solve the issue as I've heard cervical mucus can spill in your uterus as well ...
