Anyone know how to get rid of back acne and discoloration? please help. what has worked for you?

hey!!! i was on accutane and it worked great but a lot of people disagree on using it so you can try proactive or natural things like sugar and lemons,or tomatoes. also if your looking for face/body washes try ones that have salicylic acid in them!!!:)
