Quick question for you ladies...did anyone have an ectopic pregnancy with a negative hpt? I’m 7 days late on my period and have tested twice and both times negative. My periods are very regular, so being so late doesn’t make sense to me. I’ve had nausea on and off for about 10 days now. I have noticed a small pinching/pressure pain on my right side, very mild though. Could it be an ectopic pregnancy?
