So tired at 13 weeks 2 days
I want to do yoga since it’s the only exercise I like and my back would really benefit (my 1st pregnancy nearly wrecked my lower back).
However, lately I get home from work and all I want to do is sleep. Hell, it’s hard to wake up and function. I try to wake up earlier but will either miss the alarm, hit snooze, or turn it off and roll over.
I’m getting to the point where I almost fell asleep at meetings and I’m dozing off at my desk.
I take magnesium at night for better sleep (I have a hard time getting to sleep) and prenatal supplements to “bounce back”.
I do walk about 30 minutes - 1 hour a day (to and from my car - work).
Any tools or tricks to help alleviate this so I can take care and start the stretching I know I need?
