Tips to eat healthy while pregnant
I am currently 7 weeks pregnant 🙌 and I have a crappy diet. Before pregnancy I ate lots of crabs French toast, waffles, etc. Hated veggies & healthy food even fruit. I try to drink smoothies and try to get ideas from pinterest but I need practical advice on how some of you practiced self control when it came to your eating habits.
I know I can have something sweet and not die im not saying I want to be extreme I just want a better relationship with food. And I know I'm shaping my baby's palette as he or she gets older. (I wish my parents would have made me eat more fruits & veggies)
