So me and my partner have been ttc for 2 years + I’ve already got a child from a previous relationship but never been able to conceive with my partner. We tried supplements etc...I got that desperate I ordered a home fertility count kit his shown low counts but I’m dubious about the home kits!! Should we carry on naturally or attempt IVF?
