Has anyone tried Isagenix? This is the type of weight loss you're supposed to see... hopefully it works, I'm excited. 💕 Fingers crossed!

Isagenix has been amazing for me. I started about three months ago. I went on a cruise in January and seeing the photos I knew I needed to make a change. I started to work out in a fitness studio and cut out all gluten (to help with inflammation from Lyme disease) and cut down my drinking considerably. I felt better then I ever have but not seeing the results that I want to see. My fitness instructor was the one to introduce me to isagenix and at first I didn’t think it would work and/or cost effective. Boy was I wrong. I took the plunge and the shakes take good and I went in a 100%. I was told by my instructor to only do one cleanse a week. The first month I saw so many results. I was working out five times a week, drinking tea and doing the whole isagenix diet plan. I did it the same for one more month. Got bored of the shakes so I started making coffee smoothies with it and getting creative. Now I’m almost done with my third month and I only do one shake a day but I don’t get the urge to go to something bad. I only ordered one canister since I had plenty left. I don’t want to go back and I am currently down 25 lbs since starting. I am not fatigue or swollen like I used to be. I was pushing a size 6 and now back to a size 2. I’m not a seller for them or anything but I would recommend it. This company bases there product off of results. Good luck and if you have any questions I would be glad to answer them.

Might achieve a very short term goal but it isn't sustainable. Unless they changed the program, when I did it, there were two days of fasting built in per week - why I say it's not sustainable.
