No  I think he's just in a deep sleep so freaking cute. but I'd personally be too nervous having that blanket on him like that

You need to look at what he is doing under the clothing. 
Count his breaths per minute. Anything over 60 is cause for concern.
Any pulling in at the throat is concerning
If he is belly breathing heavily it is concerning
If he is sucking in through his ribs it is time to go to ER. 
Just got done fighting with Drs over 4months of 'Its just bronchilitis' and 'he just has to work through it' for them to finally treat him and low and behold he now has to recover from lung damage due to the chronic inflammation from their failure to initially treat it.
If his breathing does not look normal to you take him in. You know that baby best.

It looks like he is sleeping good. If u are concerned again look at his bare chest if his chest is going in deep and u can see it pulling in hard from his throat and his rib cage also you might be able to hear him almost gasping for air. Not a doctor but he looks to be okay and sleepin good. Momma should get some sleep as well. Best of luck!! If no one has told you recently. YOUR A GREAT MOM AND DOING A FANTASTIC JOB!!

I believe in order to tell you need to see his ribs and if they are retracting with his breaths

Does his chest draw in with every breath? Does he seem to breath quickly and nod with every breath? At any point had his skin become blue or pale? If any of these are yes, I would get him checked. But from the video he seems fine 😊 beautiful baby
