UTI and doctor is worried

Received a call today about my urine culture from my last appointment (Tuesday). Nurse called and explained to me I have an infection that is very difficult to treat. They ordered antibiotics for me to take for 7 days, and at my next appointment, in 2 weeks, if I the infection is not gone I will have to be admitted for IV antibiotics. Im prone to infections due to the inability to empty my bladder. I had UTIs almost the whole 3rd trimester with my son and I've had them 4-6 times a year for the last 15 years, but never one needing to be treated by IV. I'm nervous and there's really nothing I can do about it. 🤦‍♀️
