I had protected sex almost 2 week ago and I’m on the shot with northisterone, my periods late and I’ve had spotting, cramps, back ache and all that, am I just stressing or could I be pregnant?

Is your period late? If it is, you should take a pregnancy test about a week or so after your missed period. It could just be your body stressing about it & getting ready for your period but there’s no way to really tell unless you take the test. Best of luck!
