VCF film with other forms of BC

I am currently taking the mini birth control pill, and have been for about 3 months now. I want to let my bf cum in me, but even being on the pill the thought of getting pregnant really freaks me out. Would using the VCF film be enough additional birth control that I shouldn't have to worry? I've never used it before but it seems like it could be easy to use
