Ladies pls help 😭 I’ve never taken Plan B before and I took it for the first time Monday night. I read up on the side effects and wasn’t too worried about it. I was spotting Thursday lightly throughout the day which wasn’t a big deal bc it said that could happen. It’s now early Friday morning and I woke up with some of the worst cramps I’ve had in years and my spotting has upgraded to full on period-level bleeding. I also feel nauseous but I know that’s because the cramps are so intense. I took some ibu and I’m laying on my heating pad so hopefully it gets better but I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this?? Or if what I experienced is out of the range for normal side effects and if I should get help lol
