I have a question

Ok so i have a question about surrogates. I have a friend that is pregnant right now. And she told me that after she heals she would be a surrogate for me. And i asked her how much she would want to be a surrogate and she told me nothing but for me to be at the doctor with her every time. Do i have to still pay her?
