I left my uti untreated for a week and 4 days now I didn’t know I really had one since there’s no burning only after I pee is when there’s consistent pain and lasts for a long time now for the past two to three days I have been having dizzy weak spells and lower back pain. Is that just accompanied with having a uti ? My doctor didn’t see me or test my urine she only just sent over meds but she doesn’t know I had it for over a week the nurse didn’t tell her. Should I be concerned ? Should I go to the ER or Urgent Care?
