Hands free pumping bra?

Hi ladies I have a question, I feel a little embarrassed, like I should know this stuff, but I am getting the Spectra S2 breast pump and I was wondering if there is a certain compatible pumping bra that goes with it or will any one from any brand do just fine? It will be my first time pumping double side and I dont even know how to use it! And tips on Which one, and does it really work? Is it worth it? How to make it stay in place? Thanks in advance!
