Confused
So i am going on vacation for a week and my period is supposed to come durring then and i am scared to wear a tampon because every time i try to put one in it feels weird and i when i push the aplocater and i think its in me i pill the applicater but the tampon part is still in the aplocater and is hard for me to reach down there because i have short arms and i am a big girl. Any advice please? Also can i swim with a light pad on or without one?
