Hey gals! First pregnancy here and so concerned for each single thing that happens inside! I had really bad morning sickness today and vomited so hard that my lower back and lower abdomen felt so painful as if I pulled so many muscles. Im okay now but have this weird twitch sensation going on, right side almost close to the bellybutton but little lower. Its like a pulling twitch! Uterus stretching?? Its on and off and feels so weird
