I retested this morning and it seems to be getting lighter. Did I totally miss the window? Or are there better times to test than others?

That’s getting really close... I would say it’s possible it will be positive tonight or tomorrow. Monday will likely be too late. Glow is horrible. I recommend PreMom for logging OPKs and Fertility Friend for charting if you want accurate predictions and interpretation. Good luck!
