Okay so yesterday I went in to l&d because I was having contractions but was sent home because they were irregular and I was only dilated to 1cm today I had an appt and I was dilated to a 3 and 70% effaced (not sure what that means) my doctor also did a sweep and ever since early my back pain has been HORRIBLE. To the point where I have to stop and bend over onto a counter or grab something. I’m also having some serious diarrhea (tmi sorry) I thought maybe it could be because I just had tacos/beans. Any advice?
