So I have a real bad habit of speeding. I don't do it when other vehicles are around, just when its me on the open road. So coming home from work the other night I'm going 20mph+ over the speed limit.

I've got desserts in the passenger seat from work. So I start to think to myself (jokingly)

(If I get pulled over for speeding I'll just offer the officer a cookie..... hmmm maybe I need to wait until after I receive a ticket that way he doesn't think I'm trying to bribe him."

No freaking lie I get pulled over less than 5 miles down the road. Of course I get pulled over for speeding (28pmh over at that point) and to top things off the officer points out that I have an expired tag ( expired in February! )

By the grace of God, i get off with just a warning on both.

I explained to the officer that I thought the tag expired on my husband's birthday in September. And i did not deny the speeding, i owned up to my wrong doings.
