Sorry for the long post ladies, but please read!

So a little back story...

I had my kidney removed in 2017, just 6 weeks after I gave birth to my son. My OB swears that she tied my tubes the same day while I was under anesthesia, but it’s not in her records, it’s not in the hospitals records, medical bills, nothing. I was completely doped up before even going under anesthesia and I don’t remember anything from that day! All I remember is going to the hospital and getting my IV started.

When I was married to my ex husband we had 3 kids all exactly 2 years apart, and I got pregnant on the first cycle every single time. I then had a surprise baby ( but such a little blessing 🥰 ) on birth control in 2017.

Fast forward to now and me and my now husband have been ttc for over a year with no luck. My husband has been tested and he is fertile. I go back to my OB next month ( I saw her in January because of problems ttc and she wanted to give it 6 more months) and have no idea what she is going to do. How can she tell if my tubes are tied? Or clamped? My mother works with her and said she always uses Filshie clamps. A simple x-ray? Or is it more complicated than that?

My next question is how much does a reversal usually cost? We live in Texas and I’m so scared that my husband and I won’t be able to afford it if it’s outrageous. 😭
