Prenatal massage
My aunt just booked me a prenatal massage for tomorrow. I’ve been real stiff and sore in my neck and shoulders and it is giving me headaches, I’m not sleeping well so ordered a pregnancy pillow as well. I hope I’m going to love this massage. What’s your take on a prenatal massage since this is my first? 16 weeks!!
