If clear blue was it digital or a dye test and if it was a dipstick which brand?

I used a cheap pregmate strip at 10 or 11dpo and got the faintest line ever
That same day I got a bfn on a clear blue 
It took another day to get a faint line on a first response. 
The 15dpo to get a positive on a digital!
