20 Week Ultrasound

So excited/ nervous for my 20 weeks scan is it true I shouldn’t pee before hand and try and have a full bladder? And also I’m so scared because I haven’t gotten to actually see her since week 8 ultrasound some kind and encouraging words would be awesome to hear 😊
