do you guys bring your birth control with you everywhere in case you aren’t home? how do you keep the temperature okay?

Answer

I take mine at a time when I know I am home, like early morning. If I plan to stay out, I will take just the one pill in a small pill box. I do not leave it in the sun, and if it is in a hot car, I will pack it between other things or carry it in my purse/handbag/or whatever I take with me.

I keep it in my bag or purse usually the temp is okay if i just keep it with me vs in a hot car or something.
