you should do a hiit workout at least once or twice a week in order to lose weight and maybe other exercise on the side. also you should probably eat 6 small meals a day and don’t binge eat. working out on a empty stomach is proven to burn calories faster however if u feel faint while doing this you shouldn’t do it.
